Morning Mvmt yoga at Monsoon Market is bringing the holiday vibes! Here’s whats up: the flow will be 45 mins & we’re starting around 10am. This yoga flow is open to ALL LEVELS so don’t be shy, & come have some fun! Don’t worry, we’ll be flowing to a groovy playlist too.
