meet Timo of Cactus Cru wines!
Arizona’s only natural winemaker, Timo Geis, will be at the market this Thursday, April 27th from 5-7pm for a special tasting of his latest Catus Cru wines.
Cactus Cru focuses on making low-intervention wines with locally grown grapes from Arizona. The mission is simple: to work with vines farmed sustainably/organically in order to make wines made with no additives, purposeful use of sulfur dioxide and with minimal intervention in the cellar. These wines are some of the most anticipated arrivals of the year! Come out this Thursday to meet the maker and get a taste of his delicious juice. We’ll see you there!
