Ghia is a female-founded, non-alcoholic aperitif made with pure botanicals and herbs. Luckily, Ghia comes in many forms, the concentrate apéritifs with which you can make dozens of fun recipes, the le spritz cans, and their newest launch, a fizzy tea-based wine replacement.
Ghia Concentrates
Each beverage has it’s own flavor profile and use, and there are endless possibilities for the drinks you can create. Their OG formula, the first beverage they launched with, is their original non-alcoholic apéritif concentrate with fruit juice and botanical extracts. The signature Ghia flavor profile is described as both bright and bitter, with a brush of sweetness and a savory finish. It is satisfyingly bitter with a light, refreshing taste. The main tasting notes are a complex, bold combination of Japanese yuzu juice, orange, rosemary extract, and lemon balm. Ghia also launched a slightly sweet, fruitier berry aperitif concentrate with strawberry, black currant, ginger extract, orange peel extract, gentian root extract and chamomile tea. With both of these concentrates, the suggested formula is one part Ghia, three parts mixer of choice – we love using a flavored sparkling water or anything that will add bubbles, plus a squeeze of lime juice to top it off.
Ghia Cans and Bottles
We also carry ready-made cans of the OG ghia spritz already mixed with some bubbles and other flavorings. The cans are a favorite drink of ours in the market, and they’re a great way to try out the Ghia flavor before committing to a full bottle. Pour them over ice into your fanciest glass for the tastiest booze-free cocktail sipper. Their newest drink that we carry is a juicy wine-replacement, a fresh strawberry and orange blossom flavor bomb that tastes as good as the real thing. The bottle would also look super cute on your bar cart!
